Our tournaments are three game minimum and scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, with Fridays reserved only if needed due to adverse weather forecasts or large numbers of teams participating. When possible, Friday games (if needed) will be scheduled for local teams first in order to minimize extended hotel stays for traveling participants. Weather policy is discussed in our rule book.

Fee Structure: 10U-12U is $800 , 13U and older is $850.  Age cut-offs are the players’ age as of May 1, 2024.  Any player can play up an age group but no player can play down an age group.

Iron Horse will provide umpires and facilities.  Teams will supply game balls as needed and will retrieve/re-use fouls. Teams are allowed to bring one team cooler with drinks. No other outside food or coolers are permitted.

Rules:  2021 Iron Horse Baseball Tourney Rules Revised 5-1-21

NO STEEL SPIKES, NO SEEDS, NO GUM, NO ALCOHOL, NO TOBACCO anywhere at our facility – If players, coaches, or fans bring these items into our complex they will be escorted out and barred from re-entry. No exceptions. Though we love dogs, we cannot allow pets into the facility out of concern for the safety of others.
